1951 Custom made silk gown was yellowed, never cleaned after first use, and the hemline was stained with carmelized sugar stains. Silk fabric was restored to ivory color, and the heavy carmelized sugar stains at hemline were lightened enough so bride decided to wear it full length instead of cutting it off to T-length!

1995 Gown was improperly cleaned and 'preserved' by another drycleaner. Note: latent and carmelized sugar stains caused by improper cleaning and storing in a non-acid-free box After, restored!
